I was given a car but not a title and the person who gave me the car moved to another state How do i get title? - car ownership form
This person gave me a car, into another state. They stopped answering my phone calls and it was not on my e-mails. I have concluded there is sufficient evidence in the form of public ownership. but says I need a "deed", do not. Is it possible to obtain the title. and if not, I can already legally sell the car without the title?
