Palpitations In The Kidneys Unanswered Medical Question?

Unanswered Medical Question? - palpitations in the kidneys

May I have your opinion? Here is my situation:
1. I went to Israel and hiking around 8 days, was weak and my mind and my body is crazy (even though I knew I was crazy).
2. Over the next two days I was seriously out of it, split out, dizziness, tunnel vision, energy extreme in my arms (I had to do push-ups).
3. Was left after a long flight home, back to the States to the emergency room and my thyroid has been waived, was with a beating heart, kidneys, and damage was ever in the fight against dizziness and fainting.
4. This has since April. My symptoms are less severe (about 80% feel better), but still often feel dizzy and sometimes have tunnel vision. Some days I'm OK, but often at 11 clock, early symptoms appear
5. Here arand the typical progression of symptoms: vertigo, and tunnel vision, then it cloudedness headache, it is tired, then disappearing things.
6. The drug seems to help ibuprophin most.

I am glad to know what this might be

I would like to see a doctor because I think that more and many different answers depending on the taste of us. Additionally, you can actually lose diagnosis to prevent future problems. You can sufferring nothing. Kidney failure and stroke. Consult a doctor. A visit to a PCP will cost around 70 to one hundred U.S. dollars, if you do not have insurance.
