I'll be goin 2 a hotel for 4 days, I wonder whether bad separetely pay the bill for food or for evil, that it is free only for room and food and the spa and pay for everything?

It depends on what book the room, such as: - Single room, half board or full board.

Sorry, but you said what is included in the bill. If the food and the spa is not so clear to pay separately. They do not tend to mention the cost of food for a 5-star hotel at the usual restaurant with a selection of meals at different prices to have. I must warn you that if it is not cheap! You can eat better, if this is possible.
