Diet Help I'm A Teenager And I'm Still Growing. Will Diet And Exercise Still Help Me To Loose Weight?

I'm a teenager and I'm still growing. Will diet and exercise still help me to loose weight? - diet help

I cut my waist and thighs a bit, but my body is still growing. When diet and exercise properly, you can still lose weight? If so, could you help me think of a diet a few inches around my waist and thighs to lose? I have no allergies and have access to a gym.

1. Do you eat about 6 small meals throughout the day (grains, protein, fruits, vegetables), a distance of about every 2-3 hours. They consume between 1500-2500 calories per day. No excessive alcohol!
2. Be as active as possible. Nothing to do in 10 minutes? 10 Knockout UPS supervisor.
3. Eating spicy foods, too much vitamin C, and take between one and a half liter and one liter of water per day.
4. No more soda. Ever.
5. If you drink coffee, drink black.
6. Make at least 35 minutes cardiovascular directly at least once a day for at least three times per week, more if you do not try to put on muscle.
7. Make a lot of whole-body exercises, if possible (pull-ups, chin ups, dips, sit-ups, hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, back raises, glute ham raises, Burpee)
8. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no longer as the 9th
9. Avoid anything fried, white bread, water spray, and all refined sugar.
